Center for Water Informatics and Climate Resilience

The Center for Water Informatics and Climate Resilience (CWC) at IMSciences is responsible for facilitating policy development processes and dialogues, provides analysis, conducts research, communicates to the public, and acts as a resource hub in the fields of climate change and water governance. CWC’s mission is to gain and distribute knowledge on water governance and climate change, specifically, adaptation and thereby helping people to adapt to climate change with a focus on the global south. CWC has conducted country level studies with government, international partners, and civil society organisations in various capacities to deliver good and timely projects. Currently we are working on a project with the Planning and Development department KP, supporting the Climate Change Cell, funded by GIZ. The objective of the project is to support the Government of KP and its stakeholders in improving climate governance and implementing its climate action agenda and reforms.
